Taking a cue from Nintendo Direct, Sony held today an online event presented by the President of Sony Japan, Hiroshi Kawano. Early in the beginning of the online stream, the announcement was made that both the WiFi and 3G models of the PS Vita will see their prices cut, starting February 28th.
The new Recommended Suggested Price (RSP) for Sony’s handled is 19,980 yen or $215/£140 if the price drop reaches the European and American markets.
